We have just released our 2007 Premium (Drinking Fish) Shiraz and as with previous vintages, it is a cracker. Big bould and beautiful with all the lovely fruit driven characteristics which are typical of the reds produced over 25 years by owner / winemaker Peter Houldsworth.
Drinking well in it's youth but will definately benefit and develop with careful cellaring for the next eight to ten years.
